This piece I flipped upside down during the making process. This led to a different composition and a different kind of movement.

The heaviest piece of the sculpture - the cube - was no longer the immobile stable base but started to move itself. It became more visible, which I appreciated since I wanted the traces of the working process on the cube and the transition from cube to spring to be more visible. I settled for the new composition.

A bouncing ball is suspended from a spring. It hovers a few centimeters above the ground and can be set in a slow jumping motion. This movement of the ball also makes the rest of the scculpture move.
